At around 9 p.m., Ashmeet Singh, 16, was stabbed to death in a residential neighborhood in Hounslow. He was discovered with fatal knife wounds in Raleigh Road.

Southall residents have expressed their displeasure following a stabbing in the town Friday night, November 24.

Friends believe Ashmeet was stabbed because he habitually wore an imitation Gucci pouch.

"Police came to examine my CCTV and claimed there had been a stabbing. I couldn't believe it," a merchant told the Standard.

"It feels like a young person is stabbed to death in London virtually every week," Anna Maria, 34, said.

According to a neighbor, Ashmeet managed to flee his assailants before falling outside the house.

"It's tragic," he said. Everyone was conversing as we waited outside the perimeter. We're all unhappy because he's from the Sikh community and lives close."
